I love to create bespoke cakes for special occasions, baking cakes from a young age and coming from a catering/ cake baking background so it has always been part of my make up. I love art and have a deep appreciation for the surrounding countryside and the beautiful world of flowers which I draw some of my inspiration from. The best part of creating wedding cakes, apart from working on the cake itself, is being part of your wedding journey and being part of the team that help to create the wonderful memories you will make on your wedding day. I like to work closely with you at the consultation for your wedding cake to ensure that we create a cake that not only tastes good but the design works in harmony with your wedding but is able to stand out on its own merit and encapsulates your wedding story/theme. The sponge and fruit cakes are always made from the finest ingredients and where possible locally sourced.
